Vetted partners in the countries you named are notified and sign in to their account. They mark rows in scope, hours per 30-day window, cities, contributors, samples, and a rate.

What does it cost?
Posting is free. There is no fee to post and no fee to submit. Waffle earns a referral fee on award, agreed in writing before the shortlist. Partners are never charged anything.
Who sees my request?
A founder at Waffle reads it. Partners see an anonymized posting with no name, no company, and no end client. We confirm what may be shared before inviting anyone.
Who are the partners?
Capture companies with their own contributors, approved by hand and kept on a scorecard. They can be suspended. They are never listed publicly.
How do partners submit?
They sign in with an emailed link, mark which scope rows they can cover, and give hours per 30-day window, cities, contributors, samples, and a rate. Nothing is binding until award.
Who runs quality control?
You do, unless you ask us to. Keep your app, your storage, and your QC, or use ours. Every requirement in a posting names how it is verified.
What if my NDA does not allow sharing the RFP?
