This page carries the current terms for GRID by Waffle Video.
1. What GRID does
GRID routes a brief to vetted capture partners, checks delivered footage against the published standard, and settles the order. Waffle Video does not film and does not hold your funds.
2. What you pay
Three separate lines on every order: supplier proceeds, a verification charge, and a settlement fee on the proceeds. Nothing else.
3. How acceptance works
You have five business days per batch to flag any hour against a named requirement that failed. Hours you do not flag release automatically at the end of the window and rights in those clips pass to you.
