Partner Order Terms

The counterpart to the Pilot Order Terms. What a partner accepts per engagement on a settled order. A partner is never charged anything, anywhere.
1. The engagement
[The rows you were awarded, the hours, and the window.] You contract with the buyer; Waffle routes, verifies, and settles.
2. Funding before work
You are told when the order is funded. Nothing binds you before award, and no work is expected before funding.
3. Capture and consent
Capture with the client's app, your own devices, or the Waffle app. Consent for every person and place filmed is recorded before capture.
4. Verification and flags
Hours are checked against the named requirements on the posting. A flag is raised against a requirement, never as an opinion, and you may answer it.
5. Payment
You receive the proceeds for hours that release. GRID shows exactly what cleared, per contributor. You pay your own contributors.
