Pilot Order Terms

What a buyer accepts per order at funding. It sits on top of the Buyer Terms and covers only the order in front of you.
1. Scope of this order
[Scope rows, hours, and the countries named on the posting.] The order is fixed at funding and changes only by a written change to the order.
2. Funding before work
Work begins after the order is funded in full. Waffle Video does not hold the funds and cannot release them.
3. Acceptance window
[Five] business days per batch to flag any hour against a named requirement that failed. Hours you do not flag release automatically at the end of the window.
4. What you pay
Supplier proceeds, a verification charge, and a settlement fee on the proceeds. Nothing else.
5. Rights
[Rights in accepted clips pass to the buyer on release of the hours they cover.] Consent recorded at capture travels with every clip.
